The Zonal Games and Sports at GHSS Munnirpallam were conducted on 31st July and 1st August 2025, with enthusiastic participation from schools around the zone. These events showcased a variety of sports disciplines and brought together students from multiple institutions in a spirited display of athletic prowess and teamwork. These competitions aim to promote sportsmanship, identify talent, and select teams for upcoming district and state-level championships.
Gayathri Lakshmi of class X, who is also part of the school handball team, brought laurels to the school by winning the gold medals in 3000metre dash, 1500metre dash and 800 metre dash . Having won the zonal level, she will now represent the school at the district level. Wishing her the very best for continued success in athletics!
